6. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of food and FMCG products, Indian Pantry follows a strict no-return policy. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced unless there is a genuine issue with the product.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as personal taste preference, change of mind, wrong product ordered by the customer, or opened/used products without a valid quality concern.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
